Great experience all around. They were flexible when we tweaked our plans and still kept everything on schedule. The bus was clean and roomy and the lighting set a fun mood. The final cost matched the quote exactly.

Party Bus Paterson has been handling group transportation across North Jersey since 2011 — weddings in Bloomfield Center, school trips to Branch Brook Park, corporate shuttles along the Route 46 corridor, and late-night runs back from Newark. We know what game-day traffic on the Garden State Parkway actually looks like at exit 148, and we know how fast the lots at Prudential Center fill up when a Devils playoff game collides with a weeknight concert at the same address. That ground-level knowledge shapes every routing decision we make.
Our 24/7 reservation team is one call away at 862-450-1090, all-inclusive pricing is online in under 30 seconds, and you will never see a surprise added to your quote. We serve Bloomfield, the surrounding Essex County towns, and the entire northern New Jersey corridor — one call handles the whole itinerary from Watsessing Park to MetLife Stadium and back.
Choose from Sprinter vans, 14-passenger Sprinter limos, 15- to 50-passenger party buses, 15- to 35-passenger minibuses, and 40- to 56-passenger charter buses. Whether your group is eight friends heading downtown or 50 employees shuttling to a conference at the Meadowlands Exposition Center, there is a vehicle in our fleet sized exactly for you.
Party buses in our fleet come loaded with color-changing LED lighting, a built-in bar, wraparound perimeter seating, Bluetooth sound, and flat-panel TVs — ideal for a bachelorette night running from Bloomfield into the East Village. Minibuses deliver powerful A/C, plush reclining seats, and overhead storage for school groups and corporate transfers along Route 3. Full-size charter buses add undercarriage luggage bays, onboard restrooms, WiFi, and power outlets at every seat — the right call for long-haul runs down the New Jersey Turnpike to Atlantic City or out to the Jersey Shore.

Party Bus Paterson provides all-inclusive pricing in under 30 seconds — the number you see is the number you pay. Bloomfield party bus rental rates run as follows: 14-passenger Sprinter limos go for $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day.
Pricing shifts with mileage, date, and vehicle type — a Saturday night MetLife Stadium run prices differently than a Tuesday afternoon school trip to Liberty Science Center. The fastest way to nail down your number is to call 862-450-1090 with your date and headcount, or use our instant online tool. No hidden add-ons, no surprises at checkout.

Bloomfield sits at a genuinely complicated intersection of North Jersey logistics. Bloomfield Avenue runs straight from the center of town toward Montclair, Clifton, and Paterson — but it's also one of the most congested surface roads in Essex County on a Friday evening, before you factor in the backup at Route 3 near the Parkway interchange. When your group is heading to a show at the Wellmont Theater in Montclair or a game night at Prudential Center in Newark, the last thing anyone needs is five separate cars threading through that corridor while everyone tries to find the same parking garage.
Party Bus Paterson handles the routing, the timing, and the logistics so your group arrives together. Since 2011, we have moved thousands of New Jersey groups — weddings, school trips, corporate events, concert nights, prom runs — with transparent pricing and a reservation team available around the clock. Our fleet ranges from compact Sprinter vans to 56-passenger charter buses, which means you never overbook seats you do not need.
And because we coordinate the booking end-to-end, there is always a real person at 862-450-1090 ready to answer the question about the best drop point near Broad Street Station or the fastest exit from the MetLife parking complex. That is why North Jersey groups keep calling us.
Party Bus Paterson handles transportation for every kind of group event across Bloomfield and the surrounding region. Below is a look at the services we handle most — each one built around the specific logistics of getting a North Jersey group where it needs to go without the usual stress.

Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) (3 Brewster Rd, Newark, NJ 07114) sits roughly eight miles from Bloomfield Center via I-280 East — on paper, a 15-minute shot. In practice, the I-280 merge at the First Avenue on-ramp in Newark backs up regularly during morning departure rushes, and EWR's Terminal A/B/C layout means groups traveling on separate airlines end up at opposite ends of the departures level. A Bloomfield airport shuttle bus rental keeps everyone in one vehicle, drops each party at their terminal curb, and cuts out the scramble of coordinating multiple rideshares on the same tight departure window.
For arrivals, commercial pickup at EWR is in the Ground Transportation Center, which you reach via the AirTrain — your group collects bags, rides the AirTrain one stop to the GTC, and the bus meets you there. Cruise groups heading to the Cape Liberty Cruise Port in Bayonne are 10 miles from EWR and use the same approach; one bus handles both the airport transfer and the port drop-off in a single run. Call 862-450-1090 to sort out the logistics before your travel date.

Bloomfield to the Manhattan bar scene is roughly 14 miles via the Lincoln Tunnel — easy on paper, expensive and unpredictable on a Saturday night when the tunnel approach on Route 3 backs up past the Secaucus Junction interchange. A Bloomfield party bus rental handles that run with room for a full bachelor or bachelorette crew, a bar built in, and no one doing rideshare math after midnight.
Stay in Jersey and the itinerary builds itself: cocktails at a Montclair rooftop, dinner in Hoboken along Washington Street, and a late-night stop at one of the clubs near Exchange Place — all without parking at each address or splitting the group across three apps. Party buses in our fleet come with color-changing LED lighting, Bluetooth sound, and wraparound seating that fits up to 50, so the ride itself is the first stop of the night. No drawing straws for who stays sober.
Call 862-450-1090 to lock in your date.

For a Sweet 16 or quinceañera, the arrival matters as much as the venue — and showing up to Westmount Country Club (1 Westmount Dr, Woodland Park, NJ 07424) or another Essex County reception hall in a party bus with LED lighting and a custom playlist is the kind of entrance guests talk about. Party Bus Paterson books white, black, or silver buses to match your event's color scheme; just tell us the palette and headcount when you call.
For adult milestone birthdays, a Bloomfield birthday party bus rental that runs the group from a dinner reservation on Bloomfield Avenue through a night out in Montclair or Hoboken keeps the whole crew together with no one stuck as the designated driver. Pre-load a Spotify playlist, customize the lighting, and let the bus be the first venue of the evening. Our fleet ranges from 15 to 50 passengers, so you only pay for seats you actually fill.
Call 862-450-1090 to plan your Bloomfield celebration.

The North Jersey concert circuit revolves around three venues your group will hit repeatedly, and each one has its own parking headache. Prudential Center (25 Lafayette St, Newark, NJ 07102) holds 19,500 for major touring acts, and on show nights the surrounding downtown Newark streets run gridlocked by 7 p.m. — the NJ Transit bus zone on Mulberry Street is your best non-car drop point, and a Bloomfield concert bus rental drops your group right there. The Wellmont Theater (5 Seymour St, Montclair, NJ 07042) is four miles from Bloomfield on a neighborhood street with almost no dedicated event parking; a minibus handles the group without stranding anyone on Grove Street for 45 minutes.
Further out, PNC Bank Arts Center (116 Garden State Pkwy, Holmdel, NJ 07733) requires a Parkway run to exit 116 with limited lots — a charter bus turns the drive into a tailgate. Your group stays together, nobody draws the short straw for designated driver, and the ride home doesn't involve a 40-minute rideshare surge at the Holmdel interchange. Call 862-450-1090.

The Route 46 corridor between Bloomfield and the Meadowlands is dense with corporate campuses — Prudential Financial's offices in Newark, the cluster of pharma and logistics firms out toward Parsippany — and shuttling employees between them on a conference day without a reliable bus means late arrivals and frayed agendas. A Bloomfield corporate bus rental keeps your staff together, arrives on schedule, and lets your team stay on laptops or prep presentations during the ride rather than merging through Interchange 16 traffic.
For conferences at the Meadowlands Exposition Center (355 Plaza Dr, Secaucus, NJ 07094) or multi-day events at the Sheraton Lincoln Harbor, a full-size charter bus handles airport-to-venue-to-hotel loops without anyone managing a pool of rental cars. Minibuses with WiFi and power outlets are the right pick for smaller executive teams needing a mobile workspace between the Newark office and an off-site in Morristown. Call 862-450-1090 to discuss a corporate account or one-time event quote.

Family reunions, church retreats, graduation parties, holiday outings — whenever a Bloomfield group needs to move in one piece, a private charter bus rental is cleaner and cheaper than the caravan math. The Bloomfield Arts Center (185 Broad St, Bloomfield, NJ 07003) fills a 400-seat theater for local productions and community events, and parking on Broad Street tightens fast on weekend evenings. One bus drops your party at the door.
For larger private events — family reunions heading to South Mountain Reservation in Millburn or a church group running to Atlantic City for a day trip — a 56-passenger charter bus covers the whole group at a single flat rate, with undercarriage space for coolers, folding chairs, and gear. Instead of five-car caravans splitting up on the Garden State Parkway, everyone rides together, and someone else handles the navigation. Call 862-450-1090 to get a quote scaled to your group's headcount.

Bloomfield High School prom season typically runs late April through May, and the demand for party buses across Essex County during that six-week window is the highest of the year. Book by December if your prom is in spring — a 30-person, 6-hour prom package that runs $1,800–$2,200 when booked months ahead can jump to $2,800–$3,400 or simply be unavailable in March. The math on waiting is not kind.
A standard Bloomfield prom bus rental covers school pickup, a photo-stop at Brookdale Park (off Watchung Avenue, Bloomfield), venue drop-off, and a post-prom return — all confirmed in writing so parents have the itinerary. We coordinate directly with parent committees across Essex and Passaic counties and can handle multiple pickup addresses if your group is spread across neighboring towns. ADA-accessible vehicles are available with advance notice.
Call 862-450-1090 to hold your date now.

Bloomfield's public schools and the private schools along Watchung Avenue run field trips throughout the academic year, and organizing school transportation across Essex County means coordinating bus timing with venue arrival windows, lunch breaks, and the bell schedule. Party Bus Paterson makes that coordination easy — one call locks in the right vehicle size, confirms the pickup loop, and keeps the trip on schedule from the school parking lot to the destination and back.
Popular field trip destinations from Bloomfield include Liberty Science Center (222 Jersey City Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07305) about 20 miles south, The Newark Museum of Art (49 Washington St, Newark, NJ 07102) a short nine miles via I-280, and day trips to Grounds For Sculpture (80 Sculptors Way, Hamilton, NJ 08619) in Mercer County for art classes. Charter buses include climate control, reclining seats, overhead storage for backpacks and lunch bags, and TV monitors for educational content on the road. ADA-accessible vehicles are always available — just note the requirement when booking.
Call 862-450-1090 for school field trip rates.

The two main anchors for Bloomfield sports fans are MetLife Stadium (1 MetLife Stadium Dr, East Rutherford, NJ 07073) and Prudential Center (25 Lafayette St, Newark, NJ 07102), and they share a common game-day problem: parking is expensive, fills early, and the exits take forever. MetLife's Blue 1 lot opens hours before kickoff and can cost $40–$50 per car; the post-game crawl back onto Route 3 routinely adds 45 minutes to the return. One charter bus handles 56 people for a single parking cost instead of a dozen separate passes.
Prudential Center is closer — roughly eight miles from Bloomfield via I-280 — but on Devils playoff nights or a major arena concert, the Lafayette Street and Mulberry Street perimeter fills by 6 p.m. and rideshare surge pricing runs hard after the final horn. A Bloomfield charter bus drops your group at the commercial zone on Mulberry Street and the bus waits nearby for a coordinated post-game pickup, so nobody is waiting in the rideshare surge outside Gate 3. Sports fans heading to Sports Illustrated Stadium in Harrison for Red Bulls or Gotham FC matches follow a similar plan — bus drops curbside on Frank Lautenberg Drive, waits at the Harrison Garage while the match runs.
Call 862-450-1090.

Essex County is home to some of the most sought-after wedding venues in the state — Nanina's in the Park (540 Mill St, Belleville, NJ 07109), just over the Bloomfield border, and The Pleasantdale Chateau (757 Eagle Rock Ave, West Orange, NJ 07052) a short ride up the Eagle Rock corridor. On a Saturday evening, moving 80 guests from a Bloomfield hotel to either of those addresses without dedicated shuttle service means the ceremony starts with half the table cards still in the parking lot.
A Bloomfield wedding shuttle runs a timed loop from your hotel — often the Hilton Short Hills or one of the Montclair boutique properties — to the ceremony and then the reception, with clean departure windows your guests actually follow because the bus is right there. Nobody in formal wear walks four blocks in a July heat wave, and nobody's 87-year-old grandmother is navigating Eagle Rock Avenue in the dark. Party Bus Paterson has been handling North Jersey wedding shuttles since 2011 — one point of contact from the first quote to the last drop-off.
Call 862-450-1090 for a wedding transportation quote.

North Jersey's brewery and winery scene has grown fast over the last several years, and a Bloomfield winery tour bus rental is the easiest way to hit multiple stops without anyone calculating their limit at every tasting flight. Magnify Brewing (1 Moonachie Ave, Moonachie, NJ 07074) is a high-volume North Jersey destination; Flounder Brewing (101 Interchange Plaza, Hillsborough, NJ 08844) is a longer run down Route 206 worth the trip for a full-day itinerary; and closer to home, Montclair Brewery (101 Walnut St, Montclair, NJ 07042) is a 10-minute ride up Bloomfield Avenue with enough tap-room space for a full group buyout.
A pub crawl along the Ironbound in Newark — the stretch of Ferry Street with Portuguese restaurants and packed sidewalk bars — works just as well with a minibus that waits nearby and picks the group up when the last round is done. No one drives, no one misses the last bus home, and the group stays together from the first pour to the last call. Call 862-450-1090 for a North Jersey brewery tour quote.

Great experience all around. They were flexible when we tweaked our plans and still kept everything on schedule. The bus was clean and roomy and the lighting set a fun mood. The final cost matched the quote exactly.

Booked for a group outing and it exceeded what I expected. Comfortable ride, good music, and no stress about logistics. Everyone stayed together and had a great time. I'll definitely be calling them again soon.
Mireille A.
The bus turned an ordinary plan into something special. Lights, sound, room to spread out, and a schedule that held the whole way. Booking was quick and the price was fair for our headcount. Such a smooth night.
Ezekiel M.
Reliable from start to finish. They arrived on time, kept us on track, and the ride was comfortable for everyone. No surprise charges when it was over. For a group our size it was the smart and easy choice.
Bloomfield party bus rental prices depend on vehicle size, your date, and the length of time you need the bus. General ranges: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. Weekend evenings and peak-season dates (prom, graduation, New Year's Eve) push toward the upper end of those ranges.
The easiest way to get an exact number is to call 862-450-1090 with your headcount and date — all-inclusive pricing in under 30 seconds, no obligation.
We primarily serve Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), which is the closest major airport to Bloomfield at roughly eight miles via I-280 East. We also coordinate transfers to and from John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and LaGuardia Airport (LGA) in Queens for groups with flights routed through New York. For cruise groups, Cape Liberty Cruise Port in Bayonne is about 15 miles from Bloomfield and frequently paired with an EWR pickup on embarkation day.
Call 862-450-1090 with your terminal and flight details and we will build the logistics from there.
Absolutely — multi-stop itineraries are standard for North Jersey groups, where guests are often spread across Bloomfield, Montclair, Glen Ridge, and Clifton before a single evening even starts. When you call, give us your full list of pickup addresses and your destination, and the reservation team builds the route. For wedding shuttles and corporate loops, we can run continuous circuits between multiple addresses across an entire event window.
The bus is reserved as a block of hours, so added stops within that window don't create surprises on your quote.
MetLife Stadium (1 MetLife Stadium Dr, East Rutherford, NJ 07073) routes charter buses and oversized vehicles through the stadium's Blue lot entrance off Route 3 westbound. Charter bus parking in the designated oversized-vehicle areas requires a pre-purchased parking pass — none are sold at the gate on event days. The post-game exit from the Blue lots onto Route 3 westbound toward Bloomfield routinely takes 30–50 minutes on sellout nights, which is exactly why letting the initial surge clear before departing is the smarter play.
We build that post-game buffer into the booking. For current lot assignments and approach roads, we recommend checking the official MetLife Stadium parking page before your event date.
Several dates tighten local vehicle supply fast. The Montclair Film Festival in early May draws large crowds across the Montclair–Bloomfield corridor and pushes weekend party bus availability thin. New Year's Eve is the single busiest night of the year for North Jersey party buses — vehicles are committed 60–90 days out by October.
Prom season (late April through May) locks down Essex and Passaic County fleet for a six-week window, with the best vehicles gone by December. The advice is the same for all three: call before the date is circled on your calendar, not after. Call 862-450-1090 as soon as your event is confirmed.
For most Bloomfield events — birthday nights, concert runs, corporate shuttles — two to four weeks of lead time is workable when it's not peak season. But for anything touching prom (book by December), New Year's Eve (book by October), summer weddings (book six to nine months out), or major stadium events at MetLife or Prudential Center, the vehicle you want will be gone by the time you Google it. The earlier you call, the better the selection and the better the rate.
Call 862-450-1090 as soon as your date is set.
A Bloomfield party bus itinerary can reach Essex County landmarks, Newark's arts and sports corridor, the Meadowlands complex, and the entire North Jersey entertainment scene in under an hour. Here are six destinations groups from Bloomfield hit most often — with the logistics that make each one worth knowing before you go.

Prudential Center (25 Lafayette St, Newark, NJ 07102) is the home of the New Jersey Devils and the New Jersey Nets' former arena, now one of the busiest mid-size concert venues in the Northeast with a 19,500 capacity. It is roughly eight miles from Bloomfield via I-280 East — quick in off-hours, reliably congested on event nights when the downtown Newark street grid around Broad and Market backs up hard by 7 p.m. Charter bus drop-off uses the commercial zone on Mulberry Street; bus parking is available in nearby decks off Lafayette Street, purchased in advance.
The ArenaMart garage on Edison Place is a common waiting spot. After the event, post-game rideshare surge around Gate 3 is genuine — plan your pickup window accordingly.
Address: 25 Lafayette St, Newark, NJ 07102 | Phone: (973) 757-6000

MetLife Stadium (1 MetLife Stadium Dr, East Rutherford, NJ 07073) holds over 82,500 for Giants and Jets games and stadium-scale concerts, making it one of the largest venues in the country. From Bloomfield, the approach runs west on Route 3 past Clifton — about 16 miles and 25 minutes when the road is clear, but the Route 3 corridor near the Parkway merge backs up two hours before kickoff on Sunday afternoons. All parking requires pre-purchased passes; the Blue 1 and Blue 2 lots closest to the stadium run $40–$50 per car and sell out days ahead.
Charter buses enter through the designated oversized lot off the stadium's service road with a pre-purchased commercial pass. The post-game exit onto Route 3 is the slow part — a bus that waits 30 minutes beats the immediate rush by a significant margin.
Address: 1 MetLife Stadium Dr, East Rutherford, NJ 07073 | Phone: (201) 559-1515

Brookdale Park spans 121 acres along the Bloomfield–Montclair border, anchored by a rose garden, athletic fields, a walking loop, and the well-photographed pergola near the Watchung Avenue entrance in Bloomfield. It is one of Essex County's most popular backdrops for prom photos, engagement sessions, and family reunion gatherings — the covered pavilion area off Grove Street hosts group picnics through the spring and summer. Parking inside the park fills quickly on weekends and during public events; a minibus drops your group at the Watchung Avenue entrance and waits on nearby residential streets, which makes it a natural first stop on a prom-night or birthday-evening itinerary before the group continues to a downtown venue.
The park is free and open year-round.
Address: Watchung Ave, Bloomfield, NJ 07003 | Phone: (973) 268-3500 (Essex County Parks)

The Wellmont Theater (5 Seymour St, Montclair, NJ 07042) is a 2,500-seat restored vaudeville-era theater in the heart of Montclair's upper village — four miles from Bloomfield Center up Bloomfield Avenue, and one of the best mid-size music venues in North Jersey for national touring acts across rock, hip-hop, and comedy. On show nights the surrounding Seymour Street corridor has almost no dedicated event parking; street spots on Valley Road and Grove Street fill two hours before doors. A Bloomfield concert bus rental drops your group at the theater entrance, waits nearby, and gets everyone home without the $30–$50 garage run in Upper Montclair.
The Wellmont box office is at the address below; for upcoming shows, check the venue calendar before booking your bus date.
Address: 5 Seymour St, Montclair, NJ 07042 | Phone: (973) 783-9500

The Newark Museum of Art (49 Washington St, Newark, NJ 07102) is the largest museum in New Jersey, with a 10-acre campus that includes American and Tibetan art collections, a planetarium, a fire museum, and the restored Ballantine House. It is nine miles from Bloomfield via I-280 — a straightforward school-trip or cultural-outing run for Essex County groups. The museum's off-street parking lot off Central Avenue handles small vehicles, but charter buses and larger groups are directed to street loading on Washington Street with advance coordination through the museum's group sales office.
Admission is free to Newark residents; group visits and school field trips require advance reservations. The museum is open Wednesday through Sunday. For school groups, the education department at (973) 596-6550 handles field trip bookings directly.
Address: 49 Washington St, Newark, NJ 07102 | Phone: (973) 596-6550

American Dream (1 American Dream Way, East Rutherford, NJ 07073) is the 3-million-square-foot entertainment and retail complex in the Meadowlands — home to Nickelodeon Universe Theme Park, DreamWorks Water Park, Big SNOW indoor ski slope, and a 16-screen theater. From Bloomfield the drive runs about 19 miles west on Route 3, sharing the same Meadowlands approach as MetLife Stadium; on weekends, the Route 3 westbound merge at NJ Route 17 backs up significantly. American Dream has a dedicated bus and group arrival lane off Gotham Drive that keeps charter drop-offs separate from general traffic — your group unloads directly at the main entrance plaza.
All parking at American Dream is currently free. Groups of 15 or more qualify for discounted attraction pricing booked in advance through the group sales office at (201) 804-5700.
